Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) are established to help teachers grow as educators by providing a space to share and learn with one another - in community. The success of these PLCs is directly impacted by how they are led, what norms are established, and how agendas are planned. The goal of this ETP is to establish a safe collaborative environment for a PLC to have positive and productive sessions throughout the school year. In order to do this, this ETP will present suggested meeting norms, dialogue and communication approaches, and teacher reflection prompts for PLC facilitators to use to introduce and guide collaboration throughout the year.
