One of the most important challenges of educators is to integrate technology to develop their 21st Century Skills. Through Google Forms, teachers can quickly make and administer formative assessments on student content knowledge, create and analyze surveys, and quickly and easily work with large data sets. This ETP is a professional development presentation for teachers to learn the skills necessary to easily create a Google Form to fit multiple types of formative assessments. The presentation also covers how the data from these forms can be used to deal with the issues of differentiated learning:develop planned-for interactions with students who begin to show gaps in their learning, sorting of students into separate learning activities depending on their understanding, using these deliberate and planned for assessment moments to guide our curriculum planning--an assessment centered approach to the curriculum in our classes.
