Modeling Mathematics with Technology

The goal of this ETP is to engage students in a real-world context math problem. Students will look closely at family income and different household expenses for a child at different ages. Based on the given sets of data, they will organize data in a chart within Google Sheets and find a trend line. Furthermore, students will produce tables and graphs using Google Sheets, and produce an individual report to summarize their findings and learning experience.
