Fellowship Eligibility Criteria:

Availability for the full time commitment of the fellowship, including:

In-person orientation June 5th, 2026 (9AM-12 PM) for Bay Area, tentatively June 19* for Seattle

In-person/ hybrid participation at company sites- most Fellowships are in Santa Clara with some in San Mateo and Alameda counties.

Full-time work schedule of standard business hours from June 7-July 30 for Bay Area, and tentatively June 21-Aug 13 for Seattle (7-8 weeks)

At least two school years of teaching experience by the end of the current school year

Full-time (75% or more) employment as a teacher, counselor, technology coordinator, instructional coach, or administrator.

A teaching contract for the next school year (must hold or be able to attain)

Intent to remain in the education field for the next three years.
