Building a Collaborative Community & Effective Team

The purpose of this ETP is to create and implement a staff development lesson for faculty and staff to help build a more collaborative, cohesive community and effective team, where all members are valued stakeholders.  Resulting in increased morale, positive staff interaction across the grade levels, with the ultimate goal of more effective teams and productive grade level and faculty meetings.
