The purpose of this ETP is to develop and execute a professional development session for the faculty of Aurum Preparatory Academy (Aurum) to support in building a more collaborative team to address students who are struggling academically, behaviorally, and/or social-emotionally through the Student Support Team process.

This teacher development includes a presentation demonstrating the necessity of collaboration and its impact on student learning and achievement.
