This project will focus on the statistical methodologies I encountered in the CDR Lab work and apply these in a professional development for teachers looking at improving Habits of Success for students in our school network. Habits of Success and social-emotional and metacognitive skills, such as Self-Regulation, Curiocity, Attachment, Growth Mindset, and Self-Efficacy, have been shown to correlate to student success outcomes more than any other indicator. By examining mixed methods and factor analysis statistical techniques, staff and faculty will gain insight into the data-driven tools they have to drive improvement in student habits of success.
