Our Local Bioeconomy

Students will learn the fundamentals of the local Ag bioeconomy industry as a whole, and then giving them hands on participation in a PBL by allowing them to actually take our food waste in the cafeteria, separating it safely and efficiently, teaching their peers how to do it correctly over time and actually participating in the local Bioeconomy- sending our cafeteria waste to DIVERT to be processed and turned into natural gas.
