Project Management for Engineering Design

Project Management Tool: This project management tool was inspired by different tools currently used by the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program, to help students working on projects set goals and maintain project requirements. Students will plan and manage their workload, while prioritizing tasks to ensure the project is completed on-time and on budget. Students will track their project status, and implement the change report to create a history of key decision making events. This tool will be used for the junior classes wind turbine and solar car projects, along with the senior classes hovercraft project.
