Understanding Your Brain on Change

The 2017-18 school year at St. Nicholas School in Los Altos Hills began with a foundational change in administration - a newly appointed principal! We had been under the same leadership for 14 years and found ourselves in the midst of an immense organizational change. As with any organizational change, comes uncertainty. There were concerns regarding faculty and staff engagement, motivation and the ability to manage change.

The purpose of this ETP is to create, design and implement Professional Development training for faculty and staff that focuses on change, change management and building capacities around change.

The goal of this Professional Development is to empower all faculty and staff with the understanding of the Neuroscience of Change, including Growth Mindset and introduce tools to manage ourselves through change.
