Effective collaboration and communication is a key element to any workplace. This ETP will address developing and implementing technology to streamline professional norms and collaboration during weekly Professional Development meetings in the 7th grade team of educators.
The goal of this project is to incorporate lean business management principles into school-wide professional development to assist staff as they prepare for a WASC mid-cycle review. Lean principles were developed by Toyota to successfully manage their organizations internationally.
