This ETP adapts Amazon’s PRFAQ product development process to classroom learning, helping students start with a clear vision of their project, identify challenges, and plan solutions.
I created a lesson plan of projects for my students to develop a Product, Business Mission Statement, Logo, and Brand Mood Boards. The activities will provide my students with an understanding of the product they will create as a business for their clothing brand.
This is an example lesson, plus supporting coaches’ documentation, for an integrated maker ed, PBL lesson. It should be seen as a “cooking” technique into which an educator may insert their own curricular ingredients and seasonings.

This project will engage students in Robotics and Engineering by allowing them to choose a complex individual or group project to work on over the course of the year. Students will research ideas and submit a proposal that details the process and estimated number of hours needed to complete.
The goal of this ETP is to expose students to the industry project management procedures while working on the classic Egg Drop Project in a Physics Classroom.
Students will communicate and collaborate on “How to Do/Create Something.” They will learn how to effectively communicate, plan, organize, evaluate, synthesize, and publish their project through writing and digitally.
The main objective of this lesson is to enable students to practice the engineering design process and recognize different actions as part of specific steps in the design process.
