In this interactive STEM challenge, students will work in teams to design and build their own water filtration systems using simple materials while exploring the real-world concepts of microfiltration, reverse osmosis, and ultraviolet light. Through hands-on experimentation and iteration, they’ll learn how each method helps clean dirty water and present their designs to the class.
