Meaningful Classroom Roles

Spending time at Lockheed Martin this summer, I have realized how diverse each team is and noticed how efficiently they approach each new problem. This modified ETP will focus on building real-world engineering strategies in the classroom. The resources in this modified ETP are meant to be used with several lessons throughout the year in collaborative learning settings. This modified ETP will:
Be given in the context of a rocket engineering lesson adapted from NASA resources.
Have a (video?) component focused on the Growth Mindset that professional engineers have.
Utilize individual differences to optimize learning through clearly defined group roles.
