Value-Added Meeting Structures/Process

The goal of this Education Transfer Plan (ETP) is to provide the school leadership with an enhanced meeting structure to encourage efficient, collaborative and outcome-based processes to govern staff meetings. This project will focus on staff development with an emphasis on narrative-based discussions. In particular, I am hoping to foster a shift toward productive and collaborative meeting spaces for educators to push forward student outcomes.
