Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) are established to help teachers grow as educators by providing a space to share and learn with one another - in community. The success of these PLCs is directly impacted by how they are led, what norms are established, and how agendas are planned.
The goal of this Education Transfer Plan (ETP) is to provide the school leadership with an enhanced meeting structure to encourage efficient, collaborative and outcome-based processes to govern staff meetings.
This summer I am working within the Sustaining Team at Amazon Devices Lab126. My ETP plan is to create a solution driven process for the counselor meetings within my school district.
Effective collaboration and communication is a key element to any workplace. This ETP will address developing and implementing technology to streamline professional norms and collaboration during weekly Professional Development meetings in the 7th grade team of educators.
The purpose of this ETP is to create and implement a staff development lesson for faculty and staff to help build a more collaborative, cohesive community and effective team, where all members are valued stakeholders.
