How do we attract students to the field of science? What is it that is going to draw them into the field and keep them there? I believe that the answer to this question can be found by talking to scientists themselves.
While at Synopsys I learned about the different roles each IT member plays to effectively perform as a team. I also observed a notable representation of Spanish speakers in technology. Technology is growing and changing faster than we know.
